         Amorphous / nanocrystalline alloy filaments as have many excellent characteristics, power electronics, filters and transformers, magnetic recording read head, industrial automatic control, measuring instruments, automobile, home appliances, office automation and monitoring, and so has a very wide range of applications. In particular, soft magnetic amorphous / nanocrystalline alloy filaments of giant magneto-impedance effect, because of its characteristics with high sensitivity, fast response, ease of device miniaturization, etc., is considered the most promising functional materials. We developed production equipment, master of the diameter of 5 ~ 200μm variety of soft magnetic amorphous / nanocrystalline alloy wire wrapped glass preparation technology. "Glass lead wire wrapped metal filament method and drawing device" patent has been authorized. This technology has the following advantages over traditional technologies: a forming process is simple, without the traditional process of cold drawing or hot drawing process; with the outside world during the preparation of strict isolation, highly original composition to maintain the purity of materials; preparation without any environment pollution, use of the process without any environmental pollution; can be prepared very fine diameter filaments; outsourcing glass layer has a high temperature, corrosion resistance, insulation and other characteristics; easily prepared into a variety of amorphous metal or alloy filaments, so fine wire with the amorphous characteristics; the process after processing by the nanocrystals can be prepared into filaments, the filaments have the properties of nano-crystalline.
